Requirements:

- Passionate about climate education and action.
- Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or teaching, is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and course development.
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Can commit 10-15 hours per week.
- Design and develop engaging, interactive courses for the academy.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content.
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluations.
- Ensure courses meet instructional design standards and best sustainability practices.
- Opportunity to contribute to climate action education.
- Enhance portfolio with real-world instructional design experience.
