Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and submit compelling grant proposals tailored to the funding agency’s priorities.
  • Ensure the proposals align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Collaborate with Teams:

  • Work closely with program directors, finance teams, and senior management to gather relevant information for grant applications.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create comprehensive proposals.

Track and Manage Grants:

  • Maintain a calendar of deadlines for grant applications, reports, and renewals.
  • Monitor the status of submitted grants and ensure timely follow-up.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare and submit post-award reports and ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
  • Maintain records of all grant applications and outcomes for internal tracking.

Proposal Development:

  • Develop project budgets, timelines, and program descriptions as required for the grant proposal.
