Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Passionate about climate education and action.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or teaching, is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and course development.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Can commit 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop engaging, interactive courses for the academy.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content.
  3. Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluations.
  4. Ensure courses meet instructional design standards and best sustainability practices.
